Teacher Interaction: A Qualitative Analysis Study in Assessment Learning

This study aimed to determine the barriers communication and instruction in physical education learning lower grades. research method is qualitative, with a design using naturalistic inquiry paradigm. In this case, obstacles analyzed are interaction of elementary school teachers low-grade teachers. Interviews, observations documentation used for data collection. As well as source triangulation validity results. The results explained perception principals problem, namely teacher. interview emphasized;1) interaction, 2) type communication, 3) approach, 4) strategy, 5) use language, 6) gestures, 7) compound intelligence, 8) teacher difficulty, 9) increased 10) learning. proves that instructions regarding PJOK adolescents grades said have sufficient their application, how overcome challenges. can be proven from teacher's way presented, although there still limitations small sources. It will record further research, i.e. different methods.
